A television reply person, do you know how long is the short -term agreement between YouTube TV and Paramount? I’m upset with the loss of March madness and all CBS sports !! – Robert, Trenton, New Jersey.
Robert, YouTube TV late last night announced that he had reached a “short -term extension” to continue wearing Paramount channels, including CBS, CBS Sports Network and Nickelodeon. The old agreement was due to expire last night at 11:00 pm.
YouTube TV statement did not reveal the length of extension. But someone else has.
WISC-TV, CBS branch in Madison, Wisconsin, just published Signal For their viewers, who say the short -term extension is for 24 hours. Which means it will run out tonight at 11:00 pm. (YouTube TV will lose all CBS branches including Wisc-TV if a new deal is not signed.)
“YouTubetv and Paramount have agreed to a 24-hour extension. This Agreement is now expiring at 23:00 ET/22:00 ct Friday, “says the station on its website. “YouTUBETV Subscribers: If you are watching Wisc-TV by subscribing to youtubetv, your service can be interrupted as part of a national interruption including the CBS, Paramount company. YouTUBETV and Paramount are negotiating to continue the transportation of this station. Your local station is cut out of these discussions. If these negotiations are not successful, this station will not be available on YouTubetv. “
Which channels can be removed from YouTube TV?
