The second generation of Skoda SUV of the second generation of Skoda is about to land in dealers, and the brand has just revealed details of the options, the standard specification and what is new.

SUV Kodiaq is the absorption of Skoda for the closely linked Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace-Replating Tayron and as this model has seven places.

Australians can choose from three degrees of Kodiaq, starting with the new SELECT as a composition before they approach Sportline while the sports RS heads the range.

Select and Sportline will arrive first in Australia, while the RS class will follow later.

Let’s go through the standard features and indicate what is new for this next generation Kodiaq.

The standard SELECT equipment includes 19-inch aluminum wheels (new), LED headlights and tail lights, roof rails, LED surrounding lighting, toned rear and side windows, heated seats (new) and metal paint (new).

Stepping to Sportline adds upgraded matrix LED headlights, dynamic indicators (new), 20-inch aluminum wheels (new), sports shiny black exterior elements, including front grilles and roof rails, aluminum pedals, sports seats, synthetic leather pedals Heating steering wheel and first -class sound system.

Optional Ultimate $ 4,000 package carries a canton sound system, dynamic chassis control, head display, automatic parking, surround view, rear heated seats and a power supply seat.

As for the engines, SELECT and Sportline are powered by the same 140 TSI turbo-five-cylinder engine, which makes 140kW and 320nm. Both are all -wheel drive and have a seven -speed dual -clutch automatic transmission.

A Kodiaq edition will also be available for limited time. This special startup degree will have all the standard Select features, but it adds front seats massage, dynamic chassis control, automatic parking, surround view, matrix LED headlights, canton sound system, head display, panoramic glass, glass Heated steering wheel, heated rear seats and adjustable front power seats.

RS specifications at the top of the range are yet to be announced, but you can expect all the features of Sportline with your final package, plus sports design elements and a more powerful engine.

The pricing will be revealed in early March, but as a guide, the outbound Kodiaq starts with a $ 56,490 list and exceeded at $ 76 890. As with most new generation models, prices tend to supplement as new ones are added and modernized features.
