You have complaints? NJ Transit leaders want to hear them – News 12 New Jersey

Transit leadership in New Jersey wants to hear from you.

The second event “We listen” was held on Thursday night at the Transit Station Trenton.

He hosted the new customer defender Frank Bowmin.

Beaumin was hired in October after the position was free for four years. It represents the customer’s voice before New Jersey’s transit advice.

“This is a great opportunity to collect feedback,” Bowmin said. “Complaints # 1 are always reliability, delays.”

Beaumin is active on the X and the NJ Transit website, where customers can leave suggestions or complaints. He says he can’t do his job without them.

“I really understand the frustrations there and I try to explain to them that we are working on many projects to improve experience,” Bowmin said. “We don’t want to do things to claim victories. We want to do things to change every customer in the long run. “
