Winston-Salem, NC-female basketball team of the State University of Winston-Salem has dropped the regular finale of the season to the College in Livingston 66-55, inside the Lawrence Joel Memorial Colosseum.
The Aries ended (7-19, 3-13 CIAA, 2-7 south) in the regular season.
Christian McLean led Aries with 13 points followed by La’niya simes and Jakaya Mac With 10 points each.
How did it happen
During the first quarter Aries continued with 6-0, taking 6-3 leads of a Jakaya Mac Laying (4:53). Christian McLean Extend the ram to lead to 12-7 (2:41) when laying. The Aries took the lead from 17-12 in the second quarter.
In the second quarter, LC continued with 6-0, taking the lead from 18-17 (3:43). The Blue Bears exceeded Rams 16-2 in the second quarter, taking 28-19 leads in halftime.
During the third quarter Aries continued with 6-2, reducing the score to 33-28 to two Christian McLean Free throws (4:59). LC closed the quarter at 16-4 run, taking a lead 49-32 in the fourth quarter.
In the fourth quarter, Jakaya Mac Cut the lead to 49-36 laying (8:33). Jakaya Mac Cut the result to 59-52 laying, with 1:35 in the game. LC closed the game at 7-3 run.
