LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A woman suspected of stabbing two women in North Las Vegas nearly three weeks ago has been arrested by police.
Sinetta Harper faces two counts of attempted murder in the stabbings of two women, according to North Las Vegas police.

The stabbing happened on Oct. 3 in the area of Decatur Boulevard and Ann Road. At that time, officers found two women with visible stab wounds.
According to the police investigation, detectives determined the two women were walking north on Decatur Boulevard when the suspect attacked them without provocation. Police said the suspect stabbed both women at least once with a knife. The suspect then fled the scene before police arrived. The two women were taken to hospital and have since been released.
Nearly three weeks later, on Oct. 22, a multi-agency task force known as the Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) located Harper in the 3300 block of North Decatur Boulevard and attempted to make contact with her, but Harper refused to come out of his apartment and barricaded himself inside.
North Las Vegas Police then responded to the scene. Harper was then taken into custody by the North Las Vegas Police SWAT team.
