WM Phoenix Open 2025 Live: Tee Times, Lealleboard, Reward Money and How To Follow As Scheffler Titles … – Talksport

Scottie Scheffler will be looking to win WM Phoenix Open for the third time this weekend as he heads the TPC Scottsdale field.

The World No1 Scheffler claims his first PGA Tour victory in this popular – and the notorious tumultuous tournament in 2022, before winning it again the next year.

Last year’s Phoenix Open – which was won by Canada Nick Taylor – was marred by problems with fans, battles and alcohol.

The PGA Tour works hard to try to control any uneducated behavior this time by making repeated calls for more respect and more focus on charity and environmental causes, not the party atmosphere.

The TPC Scottsdale is still proud of the “strongest golf hole” -16th PAR 3 stadium, which has a capacity of 20,000 people.

WM Phoenix Open was a “signature event” when Scheffler won in 2023, but this has been reduced since then.

Thomas Detri from Belgium had set up a two -shots at Midway Point, with American couple Michael Kim and Alex Smalli in a joint second.

Phoenix Open 2025: What is said?

Scheffler’s attempt to win three Phoenix Open peat fell only short last year.

After winning back, the Masters managing champion had to put up with T3 in Arizona last February, finishing three shots behind the champion Taylor.

He said at that time: “I’m a little disappointed. I didn’t really finish the way I wanted, but this week I gave myself a good chance.

“I played a very solid golf, did a lot of good things.

“I am obviously a little disappointed, I think how I finished, but beyond that I gave myself a good chance, I just couldn’t close.”

This “solid golf”, of course, turned out to be a springboard for Scheffler to complete a stunning season.

He won seven highest-end events, including his second major title, as well as the FedEx Player and Cup Championship.

The 2025 season of Sheffler was delayed due to surgery after an incident with surprising Christmas cooking.

He returned to action last weekend, asking for a delightful T9 at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and will now look for a win in Phoenix.
