During a preliminary hearing at the District Court of St. Cross County County, lawyers spaled whether the evidence supported the 10 charges of a crime against Madison Bergman, including an attack by first-degree sexual sexual children, lifting children and multiple censuses for sexual disorder by a school member Headquarters.

“There were approximately 33,000,” Hall told the court, adding that the relationship became more sexual and explicit over time.

Prosecutor Carl Anderson began to read from the texts, noting that things were becoming a rating rating on April 27.

“There is a conversation that the victim is difficult and if she feels it during their hug,” he said. “Did she admit she felt it?”

“Yes,” Hall replied.

“What else did she say?” Anderson asked.

“That she will wear dresses more often because she likes how he touches her leg,” Hall replied.

“Is Bergman ever hinting at sexual excitement in text messages?” Anderson asked.

“She talks about being wet in the classroom,” Hall replied as Bergman looked down.

But the teacher’s lawyers insisted that she had been recharged, arguing that text reports were not enough to support five allegations of sexual disorders.

“There is never a language that she says” I want to have sex with you, “lawyer Joseph Tamburino argues,” Or he says, “I want you to do it with me.”

“They talk a lot about kissing, lips, cheeks and feet,” Tamburino continued. “They also talk about some sexual problems, apparently about the body of the woman and the body of the man. But nothing like “this is what I want you to do” or “That’s what I will do to you.”

The judge did not agree and found that text reports were admissible evidence of a sexual disorder by Bergman.

“It is clear to me that the state had fulfilled its burden to find a probable reason that the defendant had committed a crime,” the judge ordered the judge to move the case forward. “It is clear that today there was a probable cause represented by the detective. The case is obliged to go for the test. “
