Winston-Salem Symphony presents a chamber serenade with the Grammy singer Karim Suleiman-Yes! Weekly

Winston-Salem, NC (February 14, 2025)-Grammy® Tenor Karim Suleiman, returned to the stage of the Benjamin Briton pursuing serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strus Music by Arvo Part and the Mozart Final Symphony. The symphony will perform a chamber serenade on Saturday and Sunday, March 8 and 9, in the United Methodist Church of the centenary.

Lebanese-American tenor Karim Suleiman attracted international attention as a sophisticated and versatile artist, praised for his “Lucid, Velvety Tenor and Pop-Star Charisma” (Music Mustice Music). The best winner of the prize for the best classic solo Solo Vocal® and nominated for the GRAMMY® Award of 2024, Suulaman continues to win for its original and innovative progression and recording projects while regularly performing at the world stages in the operation, Orchestra concerts, recital and chamber music music.

Joining Suulamann for British Serenada is the North Carolina Syrenada player in North Carolina Cristoper Kaudil, who introduced himself to Baroque and the classic horns with Atlanta Baroke, North Carolina Baroke, the fire of Apollo, the Brussels Chamber Orchestra and the Bach Academy of Charlot.

The Concert Will Feature Estonian Composer Arvo Pärt’s Cantus in Memory of Benjamin Britten, A Meditation on Loss and Remembrans orn Solos with Ethereal String Textures, and Mozart’s Symphony “Jupiter” wraps in the evening with its lush energy and sound shine.

The chamber serenade will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 8 and 3:00 pm on Sunday, March 9 at the United Methodist Church of the Centennial (646 W. 5th ST). Tickets start at $ 29 and can be purchased online at wssymphony.org or by calling the cashier at (336) 464-0145.
