Willer Adol Hartsfield, junior from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, died on Saturday, January 25 in Lewisville, Texas, after hospitalization for diverticulitis and other complications. Willer, called Bud, at the age of 88, will be missed by all.

Bud was born in Lawnsburg County, Tennessee of Wheeler Adol Hartsfield, CP, and Moni Arlevi Brown on January 1, 1937. Bud has three sisters, Vesta, Jane and Branda. He had a brother, Danny. Bud visits Bay High School St. Louis, graduating in 1955. He also participates in football and the marching group. He was a music lover, playing the trombone in high school and college. After high school, he visits Pearl River Junior College. In the winter of 1960, he married the love of his life, Rebecca Ann Sandifer.

Shortly after they got married, Bud and Rebecca moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, set up a family. The first arrival was Lee Adir Hartsfield, then Blair Dwayne Hartsfield after 6 years later. Bud achieved his education at the State University of Louisiana, graduating from a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1969. Bud and Rebecca moved to Alabama from 1969 to 1975. They return home to Batton Rouge to complete their children and their children and eventually retire. Before Rebecca passed, Willer and Rebecca celebrated their 59th anniversary in January 2019.

Bud enjoyed many activities with his family and sons, riding motorcycles for dirt, hunting, camping in RV, to sailing. Bud and Rebecca often traveled with their mechanical work and contracts, spending many work vacations in the United States in their RV ..

Bud is preceded by death by his parents, his sister Vesta, his wife, Rebecca and his son Lee Adair Hartsfield.

Willer has survived his son Blair Hartsfield; Two granddaughters Heather and Holly Hartsfield.

The visit will be held at the Pul-Richie Funeral House in Bogaluza, Louisiana on February 5, 2025, at 10:00 am the funeral service will be held at the Poole Ritchie Funeral House on February 5, 2025, from 11:00 h. With Reverend Clay Norwood from the Baptist Church Superior Avenue Baptist. The funeral will follow at the cemetery of the NEVER, the Bigulus, Louisiana. Poole-Ritchie’s funeral home will handle the funeral arrangements.

Bud now spends the rest of the eternity with his beloved wife, Rebecca.
