Baton Rouge’s winter school sports continue to heat up with some exceptional performances. Who was the best athlete in high school in Baton Rouge for the week for February 10-16? You have to decide.

Cooper Allen, Catholic: Helped anchor defense, which set the tone for a semi -final victory over # 1 Denham Springs.

Alison Flores Hernandez, Baton Rouge Hi: Defeated # 1 seed, she lost up to twice to win the title of 235 kilograms of LHSAA.

Ella Kate Johnston, ParkView Baptist: He scored the winning penalty kick in the Eagles’ semi -final victory by 2: 1.

Amijan Price, Woodlawn: He scored 19 points in victory over Zahari, which won the title with 4-5A.

Braylon Stewart, East Ascence: Five opponents nailed to 7:02 to win the LHSAA title of Division I with 165 pounds.
