Whataburger, who noted his return to Las Vegas later with a surprising debut last February at The Strip, is planning another extension.
The Staff Review Program on February 6 for the Henderson Planning Commission lists an application for a conditional use and design review for Whataburger in the northwest Water Street and Lake Mead Parkway. The app shows a restaurant with an area of 3300 square meters with a drive and more than 20 parking spaces.
The project, the third Whataburger in the Valley, follows a word that a restaurant with an area of 3,300 square meters is planned for the North Nes Boulevard, on the Walnut Avenue, right south of East Bonanza Road. Whataburger will occupy the southern half of the site in Eastern Vegas, with the northern half being reserved for future development.
When Whataburger opened on the tape in front of Waldorf-Astoria last year, several locals remembered Whataburgers at Flamingo Road, Lake Meid Boulevard, Nelis Boulevard, Decatur Boulevard, East Charles Boulevard and Other -The in the 1990s.
Whataburger is known, among other objects, with its dual meat Whataburger, sandwich with Whatachick’n and green chili double.
