What do you want from the Rumsey Reno pool? – Hill rag

Eastern Market’s Willam H. Rumsey Aquatic Center receives a major upgrade and now is the time to share your contribution with the Ministry of Parks and Recreation (DPR) for what you want to see from the recovery.

Please complete the survey by Friday, February 28th. The DPR hosted the first public meeting on the Renovation plans in December, with over 150 people.

The next meeting will discuss the results of this study and use them, along with feedback from meetings and other sources, to begin the formation of the update direction.

At the meetings, people asked for a bigger pool, more canvases and to ensure that programming on the site would be allowed to continue. But they are also considering meeting, business incubators and a senior center.
