Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers continue to make significant changes to this out -season for both the coaching staff and 2025 through the NCAA transfer portal.

LSU boasts a # 1 transfer class in America with two -digit immediate impact players who head to Baton Rouge, but changes from the pitch are also made by the program.

The tigers welcomed 13 early those in January through the signing class in 2025, along with 15 newcomers through the transfer portal.

Along with maximum effort, Kelly has diverted her support staff over the last few weeks with fresh faces targeting Baton Rouge.

LSU added a few young pieces to build a foundation in the first three Kelly seasons with PRROGRAM, but now the staff has undertaken an aggressive approach across the portal to attract proven players.

“We have a strong young core in our program, but now it’s time to add to it,” Kelly said on Saturday. “Those who have continued, we wish them the best and now we feel as if we have put in a position where we can draw up a list of the SEC Championship.”

LSU has a unique combination of returning tracks along with countless newcomers arriving at Baton Rouge in this extra -season.

Tigers return Gareth Nusmeier, Whit Weeks, Aaron Anderson and Harold Perkins, among several others, since 2024.

Kelly also scored over a handful of newcomers to the coaching staff.

“We hired Aman Anand to participate in our special teams,” Kelly said. “He was in Grambling. Really excited by him. We will add another coach to special teams to the mixture there to support this unit, more special these units and to feel really good about it.

“We have added a defensive analyst to Noah Joseph, who is an experienced coach on both the pitch and outside, mostly working with (defensive coordinator) Blake (Baker) in Missouri, so they are obviously familiar. He will work on The back of Our protection.

“Tim Ratay, which many people know probably from their time at Louisiana Tech, will work on the offensive side of the ball. We have added another offensive Oregon assistant, Antonio Parks.
