Charleston, WV – The heavy rain continues to affect the Western Virginia, which causes lightning -fast flood warnings in many cities. The National Meteorological Service warns of floods in low spaces, city streets and near rivers, while storms continue until Thursday.

According to the National Meteorological Service in Charleston, a Flash Flood Warningremains in force until 6:15 AM Thursday For the North Kanaha, the northeastern cities of Lincoln and Central Putnam. Doppler radar shows that 1 to 1.5 inches of rain have already fallen, with another inch possible overnight.
