But Trenton is the home of a coffee shop where Chris, his owner and poet -resident (when he does not cook fish with lemon pepper, “island paste”, “609” burgers or “Celebrity Sandwich), wrote the perfect story to start 2025 The.

With affordable prices and generous portions, Toast Cafe is one of the best kept secrets in the center of Trenton, but you won’t see the restaurant sign until you enter the front door of the 333 West State Street building, a walk through the lobby, and screw to the right.

Almost all who live or work in the center of Trenton area finds a coffee toast! On the exit, not long ago, a fire truck parked on the other side of the street caused me some concern. Two firefighters appeared from the building. However, without worry, they were walking, happily enjoying the warm, painful aroma coming from the big bags they wore … and smiling!
