Fresh Off the release of a new Borty Up Tomorrow album, The Weeknd has announced a mass tour at a North America Stadium – including a Chicago stop.
The Tour “In Hours to Dawn” will come to Soldier Field on May 30, with special performances of the rapper at Atlanta Layibo Cards and Mike Dean.
The tour itself begins on May 9 at Phoenix at the State Farm Stadium and ends in San Antonio on September 3 in Alamodom. He will also hit Detroit and Minneapolis in the Midwest, among several other cities.
Tickets can be purchased through the artist’s pre -sales, which will begin on Wednesday at 10 am local time and will continue until Thursday at 9 am local time. The total sale will start on February 7 at 10 am local time via theweeknd.com/tour.
“Horry Up Tomorrow” is the last album in Weeknd’s record trilogy, which began with 2020 “After Hours” and “Dawn FM of 2022”. It includes a number of All-Star collaborations, including the future of “Enjoy the Show”, Anita of Sao Paulo and Lana del Ray on The Abyss.
The album was at least partially inspired by Seth in Ingelwood, the California stadium in Sophie just outside Los Angeles in 2022, where born musician Avel Tessfay lost his voice. He described the moment as the beginning of a breakdown. He will return to the site for two nights in June.
