WBCA anheuser -Busch parade brings fun despite the dark weather – kgns

Laredo, Texas (KGNS) – WBCA Anheuser -Busch Washington’s birthday parade continued on Saturday, February 22, even with a cloudy sky.

The floors began to move on Avenue San Bernardo at 9am, with the famous Anheuser-Busch Clydesdales marching along the route. This year’s theme, “Love letter to the border.” has been seen in many of the parade displays.

The Larendo Police Department serves as Grand Marshals, leading over 170 sails on the streets. Families and crowds cheered as colored floats, school groups and local organizations showed their talents.

The parade remains one of the biggest events of Washington’s birthday party, bringing together the community year after year.
