Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may knock down burned trees in the Davis Fire burn area. Winds will increase overnight tonight into Sunday morning, however winds may decrease in areas of persistent rain through Sunday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
