Washburn swept the Nebraska -Cunny in the afternoon two -headed – wibw

Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – Washburn’s men’s and women’s basketball won big victories over Nebraska -Kyurney on Saturday afternoon in Lee Arena.

First, the women’s team bounced from two straight losses to download the Lopers 85-78.

The Ichabodi kept a convincing lead to the half, which Lopers almost wiped in the second half. But they help together from the team of the 30 points of Payton Sterk, Washburn stayed to get a big win at home.

The women’s team is already 12-10 in the season, 6-6 in Miaa Play.
