Chesapeake, Washington – While Philadelphia’s chiefs and Kansas City’s chiefs are preparing to face Super Bowl Lix, football fans in Hampton Rhodes have several familiar names to rely on both sides of the field.

The bosses boasted three distinctive players in defense with connections with Virginia.

Nnadi, a protected liner from Virginia Beach and the former high school star in the ocean lakes, which is a cornerstone of Kansas City’s defense from his accession to the team. Like his defender, Patrick Mahomes, Nnadi strives for the fourth Super Bowl title to add to his already impressive resumption. Watch out for #91!

Cole Christiansen, a background from Suffolk, who has been with the chiefs of 2022 after being denied by Los Angeles charges. Christiansen is another local product that has been successful with Kansas City, adding depth and talent to the body of the line player. He is #48.

In the secondary Chamari Connor, a rookie last season, will also represent Virginia. On an angle that played his college in Virginia Tech, he was part of the defense of the superiors when they secured their second right -bowl title in 2023. Lovato, a former Monarch of the Old Dominion, serves as the Long Straoup of the Eagles. #49 Lovato began his career with the Chicago bears in 2015, but has been with Philadelphia for the last eight years. His former Old Dominion head coach, Bobby Wilder, now in Tennessee Tech, has nothing but praise for Lovato, describing him as a player who has made an incredible impact over time with the monarchs.

“This is one of those guys who have the honor and privilege of training that you are so happy that it happens to him, because good things happen to good people,” Wilder said.

The linear player Josh Sweet, a native of Chesapik, was a key part of Philadelphia’s defense. A high school high school player Oscar Smith and later in Florida, sweat was made by the Eagles in 2018, his strong performance won him a place for Pro Bowl in 2021 and he will be a key piece in Eagles’ defense strategy for Sunday.
