Terry Wayne Pratt, 78, did not return home from shopping early this afternoon, sparking a senior signal.
Virginia Beach, Washington – Update: Virginia Beach police are updated to say that Terry Wayne Pratt was safely located.
Virginia Beach and Virginia’s state police are looking for a senior who did not return home after shopping in the latest part of this morning.
Authorities claim that Terry Wayne Pratt, 78, was last seen at 10:30 am at the Haygood Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, outside Independence Boulevard.
Pratt probably has driven Byala since 1998. Dodge Dakota with a Virginia plate, which says Pratdog. He is described as a white man, 5’11 ” and weighs about 130 pounds. With brown eyes and gray hair.
He probably wears a blue and gray flannel shirt, dark colored sweatshirts, sandals and wearing sunglasses around her neck.
The Virginia Beach Police Department says that Pratt is “suffering from cognitive disability” and that the disappearance of Pratt may be a reliable threat to his health and safety.
