A Virginia Beach The child has been kidnapped and is believed to be in extreme danger, according to police.
Juan Sebastian Mejia Acevedo12, is described as a Hispanic male, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds. He has no scars, marks or tattoos.
The kidnapped child was last seen wearing blue pants, a red hoodie and black shoes.
Acevedo was last seen in the 200 block of Mica Avenue in Virginia Beach.
The child is believed to have been abducted by an unknown person.
Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse Amber alert On behalf of the Virginia Beach Police Department for a kidnapping that occurred Friday at 9 a.m.
