Victim identified in fatal Victorville Halloween shooting; Suspect remains at large – Victor Valley News – VVNG

VICTORVILLE, CA (VVNG.com) — Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred during a Halloween party at a Victorville residence on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

The victim, Tamariah Johnson, a 23-year-old Victorville resident, was shot around 12:47 a.m. when deputies responded to reports of multiple shots fired in the 14500 block of Coalinga Road.

Upon arrival, law enforcement found numerous partygoers at the location.

According to investigators, Johnson’s friends transported him to a local hospital before deputies arrived. Sadly, he was pronounced dead shortly after.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Investigations Unit – Homicide Unit is actively investigating the incident, but the suspect remains unidentified and is still at large.
