UW rewards the best scholarships of 100 students from Wyoming – Oil City News

Laramie, Wyo. – One hundred capitals from high school from all over Wyoming were recently selected to receive the trustees’ award in 2025, the best academic scholarship of the University of Wyoming.

The premiere scholarship for the elderly at Wyoming Resident High School provides a four -year bachelor’s scholarship (or up to eight consecutive semesters), including training (up to 6pm per semester); compulsory fees; And a university standard double room and board (room and board are covered, providing student life in university housing and there is a dining plan).

Students from 29 high schools were selected, along with two students at home.

Recipients are evaluated by their academic achievements (secondary education, secondary/SAT assessments and rigor of curricula). Individual interviews were also conducted. For this year’s awards winners, the average GPA is 3.97 and the average ACT score is 32.

Of the elderly of 970, Wyoming, who applied for UW until December 1, 362 students were examined for the award; 141 were invited to the interview campus; And 100 were selected.

In order to maintain the scholarship all four years in UW, students must maintain continuous full -time enrollment (at least 12 semesters) during the autumn and spring semester each year, along with 3.25 cumulative GPA.
