Utah’s Key Hockey Club For Return – Sports Illustrated

Utah’s Key Hockey Club For Return – Sports Illustrated

It’s been almost a month since the Utah hockey club saw a key forward Dylan Gunter in the squad. Thanks to a lower body injury, Utah has been without one of its best goalscorers since the beginning of January.

Gunter seems to be ready for a return, as he slips with his teammates Barrett Highton and Michael Karkone before the Utah meeting with the flyers in Philadelphia.

Utah was gunter for 12 games and they went into their match, with the flyers riding five games without winning. They went 4-6-2 without a gun and have exceeded 33-30.

During his injury, Gunter was Utah’s leading goalkeeper with 16 goals in his 40 games, played. Captain Clayton Keller has surpassed Gunter in goals since, posing 18 in 51 games.

During the year, Gunter has 34 points (16G-18A) and will look to improve its numbers and the record of the Utah as it returns. During 52 games this season, Utah holds a record of 21-22-9 and is nine points from a place for playoff.

Utah began the season hot, but quickly faded into a team in the middle of the package at the western conference. Despite the lost record, Utah is in a much better place as an organization than their passage from Arizona Coyoti.

They may not yet be a playoff, but soon enough the hockey club in Utah will fight for a role in the papers.
