The University of State University of Utah invites farmers, ranches and professionals to the cattle industry to attend the upcoming beef field days in Utah. The events are intended to provide insights, practical experiences and opportunities to work in the network to help improve productivity and profitability in beef operations.

The days of the field of beef in Utah are held in two places: Logan on February 18 from 8am to 5pm, with lunch provided; And Richfield on February 19 from 5:00 pm to 20:00 and 20 February from 8:00 to 17:00, with dinner and lunch.

Field days will include discussions led by experts, interactive demonstrations and a trade exhibition, including innovative products and services by the highest industry suppliers. The event will provide a platform for the research of the latest tools and technologies while connecting with fellow livestock manufacturers.

The topics of the session include drones, virtual fences, ranch market prospects, orientation of ranch costs and more. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops or tablets in order to engage more fully with presentations. Richfield’s event includes a tour of beef producers in Utah.

“The days of the beef field in Utah provide a great opportunity to learn from experts, contact peers and find practical solutions to the challenges for the industry today,” said David Preatriy, a specialist in lengthening USU beef beef.

Registration is $ 15 per person. Click here to register for the Logan event and click here to register for the Richfield event.
