Baton Rouge, La. (First Louisiana) – Authorities are investigating a reported shooting that happened in Baton Rouge on Wednesday night.
According to emergency services, employees responded to firing at the 800 block of N. 30th Street around 6:00 pm, the shooting left two people. One person was taken to a local hospital in serious condition and the other was taken with a minor injury.
The shooting motive is currently unknown. This is a continuing investigation.

The investigation continues and anyone who has information about this incident is asked to call the Violence Division at the Baton Rouge Police Department of 225-389-4869 or for crimes of crimes of 225-344-7867.
