Two fans at BulLFrogs are a reminder that there is more than life from football – Wibw

Topeka, Kan. (Wibw) – Bullfrogs was full of many fans of the main ones as usual.

But two friends put their fandoms on the side on Sunday as they watched the big game together.

Lauren Turner and Aja Kaufman are good friends and colleagues.

They work together at St. Francis Hospital as patient care technicians.

But Sundays were worlds separated. Kaufman ended up on the only Eagles fan in the Red Sea at the sports bar.

“It’s a little scary, I’m not going to lie,” Kaufman said. “I went in and didn’t see green, so I was a little nervous, but everyone was fine.”

Turner supported her even in the gear of his superiors.

“I was expecting a few more fans of the eagles, but when she came in,” Turner said. “Like the only one, I have to stay with her and maybe cheer with her a little.”

Kaufman is new to be a fan of the Eagles, as her friend introduced her to the team.

Turner’s love for the superiors is also fresh.

“My family is the fans of the superiors forever,” Turner said. “Just now I’m going to the superiors with my brothers. This is probably the first time I have not been with my family during the Super Bowl. “

Regardless of the end result, Turner and Kaufman will not allow them to happen between them.

“We will definitely still be friends and we will probably go to work tomorrow together.”

Until the chiefs were able to withdraw three peat, Lauren and Aya are a reminder that there is more than life than football – as a lifelong friendship.
