Troubadour Festival to return to the A&M Texas Campus in May – Texas A&M University Today

The Troubadour Festival, an outdoor event, combining barbecue and music in Texas, will return to Aggie Park at the University of Texas A&M on May 17th.

Shane Smith & the Saints will take the stage as a title for the third annual Troubadour Festival when he returned to Agi Park at Texas University on May 17th.

It was held for the first time in Agi Park in 2023, the Troubadour Festival brings together top country music performers and the best barbecue in Texas for the state -highest barbecue and country country music event.

This year’s festival of artists includes the legends of Country in Texas Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen, 49 Winchester, Josh Melny and Hudson Westbrook. Shane Smith & the Saints will head the festival and there will be additional performances by Tyler Halverson, Jacob Steli and Jojo Disalvo.

This year’s Troubadour Festival in Agi Park will include smoked meats from 25 of the most famous barbecue restaurants and pitmas.

“We believe that this is our best composition of Aggieland so far and we hope to welcome thousands of new and returning barbecue in Texas and fans of country music in the area,” said Chase Kolston, a festival promoter and co-owner of Double Tap Entertainment, who It produces the event, in a news announcement announcing the composition.

While enjoying music, festivals can try smoked meats from 25 of the most famous barbecue restaurants and pitmas. Fifteen of the participants were represented Texas monthly‘S 2021 Top 50 Barbecue List, with five more, which earn honorary mentions. Three were recognized in the top 25 of the best new and improved barbecue at the magazine in Texas.

Remarkable participants include Interstellar BBQ, which recently won a Michelin star, along with blood Bros.

This year, the event presents “Meat Church & Friends: Live Fire Experience”, presented by 44 farms. BBQ BBQ Pitmaster and CEO Matt Pitman will cooperate with four other Texas pitmmers to demonstrate live cooking techniques, with opportunities for participants to try a variety of dishes.

The festival offers a limited number of discount tickets for students, active and retired military members, the first respiratory and teachers with a valid ID.
