The neighbor captures the movement

According to court documents received by Action News, according to the reports, a neighbor nearly filmed activities at the family’s home on the night of killings. At 11:29 pm on December 31, 2022, the video appears to show an unknown vehicle arriving at the victims’ home, and then the lights go out.

Minutes later, court documents say that “a higher voice is heard to shout what sounds like:” Mom! “Then the authorities say that the voice is heard in a higher voice, exclaiming,” Oh my God! Oh God, God. “

“The movement can be seen on the front door that appears to be opened then closed, indicating that the subjects have entered the house. The inside of the lights upstairs can be seen that it turns on and approximately nine 9 minutes pass until No two entities are seen, leaving the residence through the front door, “the court file said.

The people seen in the video have not yet been identified.

“Voluntary Interview” with the child of the victims

The court documents reveal that the soldiers found a driver’s license in Pennsylvania at the home named Michel Zaiko. The troops described Michel as the daughter of the victims and learned that he could live in Vermont.

Nearly a week after the killings, police executed a search order at a residence in Orleans, Vermont and spoke with Michelle during a “voluntary interview”. She is said to have told the police that she was in Vermont with her roommate in the days surrounding her parent’s death. She also stated that she had not been in Pennsylvania since before the Covid-19 pandemic began in 2020.

Michelle told police that she had not spoken with her parents since January 2022, but “only after a direct question” admitted that she had received a message from her mother, to which she did not answer, the courtrooms said.

During the interview, authorities claim that Michelle admitted that he had a firearm – Smith and Wesson M& P “model.

“When handling and monitoring the mentioned firearm, it is found not without dust, dirt or debris that look well maintained and recently cleaned and/or serviced,” the court file said.

According to sales records, the gun was purchased on February 3, 2022 by Green Mountain Sporting goods in Vermont from Michel Zaiko. Authorities claim that the ammunition, which is said to have been purchased from Michel, is the same production and type as the spent shells that were restored at the scene of Delaware County.

The search order was for the gun of Smith and Wesson and ammunition, but the judicial filed only three 9 mm ammunition cartridges have been restored.

How can California be linked

Both shootings seem to have growing relationships with California.

US lawyer Michael Dresher said in a court case that both Youngblut and the buyer of weapons in the firing of the border patrol are related to someone who is of interest to another murder in California. No further details have been provided.

But police and court records shed some light on the connections.

Jack Lasota is currently facing charges of preventing law enforcement and violation in Pennsylvania. Authorities will not say whether these allegations are related to Zaiko’s death, but court records show that police have searched a gun used in two murders when arrested Lasota 12 days later at a hotel about 10 miles from the scene.

Lasota also has relationships with some of the key players in the California case.

In 2019, Lasota and three others were arrested as they protested against an event organized by the Center for Applied Rationality in Occidental Camping, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. In 2022, two of the others, Emma Borhanian and Alexander Jeffrey Leham, were accused of attacking their landlord with a sword in Valecho. The landlord, Curtis Lind, survived the attack in November 2022, but was stabbed to death on January 17th.

Maximilian Snyder was accused of this murder last week. In November, someone of the same name applied for a marriage license with Theresa Youngblut in Kirkland, Washington. Snyder’s lawyer declined to comment on the allegations.

Lasota may have been present during the landlord’s attack in 2022, according to court documents, which also suggest that Lasota was a false dead three months earlier.

On August 19, 2022 In 2019, a necrologist was published and Lasota’s mother confirmed the death of Lasota’s criminal defense lawyer. But months later, the prosecutor sent an email to the lawyer and stated that Lasota was contacting the police in Valecho and was “alive” and well at the scene of a crime on or around November 13, the date of the attack was attacked.

According to the Associated Press, Jerold Friedman, who is a civil lassion, said last week that he had checked the Coast Guard report at the time and that he did not remember the last time he was in contact with Lasota. The lawyer who represented Lasota in the 2019 criminal case did not immediately answer an email seeking a comment. A telephone message was left in the lawyer’s office, referred to as a presentation in the current case in Pennsylvania.
