Farmington – Trenton Trent Xavier Chapman of Farmington, died unexpectedly at home on February 20, 2025, at the age of 24. He was born on February 13, 2001 at the regional Mineral Medical Center in Farmington to Melissa (Jerell) Stevens and John Chapman. His life, though too short, was marked by the love and joy he brought to those around him. The warm and loving personality of Trent will be heavily missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Trent survived his dedicated mother Melissa (Dennis) Stevens and his father, John Chapman. He leaves behind his brothers and sisters, Brooke (Josh) Grand, Dylan (Tessa) Ham, Alexis Choat and Tall Chapman, who will forever hold kind memories of their joyful times together. He is also complained by his beloved grandparents Ron Jarel, Carolyn Chapman, Debbie Walker and Steve Walker. He leaves behind many cousins, and his aunts, Krista (James) Boyce and Jennifer Jarell, as well as his uncle, Lance (Michelle) Chapman. His covenant nephew, Killer Grand and his nephews, Paisley Choat and Violet Choat, will undoubtedly miss the laughter and love brought into their lives. In addition to their family, they treated their special friends Cindy Parker and Alison Hayes, who were an integral part of his life. Trent also leaves behind many cousins.
He was preceded by death by his grandmother Marta Rae Jarel and his grandfather David Chapman.
Trent was an avid music lover and said music was all about him. He was glad to play on his tablet and was a fan of the television show South Park, which brought him joy and laughter. As we remember Trent, let us celebrate the kindness and love he shared, keeping his spirit alive in our hearts through the joyful memories that we all hold dear.
A visit will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in the Cozean Memorial Chapel at 5:00 pm with a short service held at 18:00, official by his grandfather Steve Walker.
