Trenton, Ohio (November 3, 2024) – A tragic accident occurred Saturday night in the city of Madison, as a result of which one person died and another was injured. The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call of a single-vehicle crash in the 2400 block of Woodsdale Road at approximately 11:03 p.m.
Preliminary investigations indicate that a black SUV carrying two people left an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn. Authorities classified the incident as an off-road accident. First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene, while the passenger was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
At this time, officials have not released the name of the victim who lost his life in this tragic event. The Butler County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an ongoing investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
