BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPRUD) — The official trailer for an upcoming horror film starring Michael B. Jordan and featuring scenes filmed in Ascension Parish was released.
According to Warner Bros. Pictures, “Sinners” is about twin brothers who return to their hometown and leave their troubled lives behind “only to find that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.”
Jordan plays a dual role to the twins. The film was shot in parts of Louisiana, including Donaldsonville, New Orleans, Belle Chasse, St. Bernard, Braithwaite, Tickfau, Hammond, Napoleonville and Thibodeau.
Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jamie Lawson, Omar Benson Miller and Delroy Lindo are also in the cast.
“Sinners” is directed by Ryan Coogler and is scheduled for release in the US on March 7, 2025. Watch the trailer.
