Boston/Birmingham, Ala. – The men’s team at Lee University University competed in two separate meetings this weekend.
Eight flames traveled to Boston for the classic of John Thomas Terrier in 2025 at the Center for the Run and Tennis at the University of Boston on Saturday before setting the fifth of 14 teams at South Alabama Invitation on Sunday at Birmingham (Ala.) CrossPlex.
Lee collected 36 points to ask for the top final among the teams without Division I. South Alabama ranked first with 121.5 points. Samford was second (100), southern Mississippi (68) finished third, and Alcorn State (41) was fourth.
Edimo Nivets and Pierre Chavo emphasized Lee’s journey to Boston with a pair of temporary qualification times of NCAA Division II in running 5,000 meters.
Ninteretse stopped the clock at 13: 59.52 to put the 54th, and Chauvo crossed the line at 14: 21.97 for 75th place. Both times meet the temporary standard 14: 23.96. John Fielding Stoiger just missed with a time of 14: 27.41.
Former excellent Ryan Lovelas in Cleveland is ranked 71st in a mile with a time of 4: 08.04. The time was below the temporary standard 4: 08.81, but did not improve its sign from 4: 03.97, recorded in Vanderbilt on January 17th.
Caleb Guterry finished 81st (4: 09.62) and Evan Moore was 155 (4: 20.29).
Moore also finished 25th in 800 meters running with a time of 1: 53.49. Aaron Hims finished the 3000-meter cycle in 8: 19.33 for 75th place.
Luke Gadis and Tal Old ended in the first eight in 5000 in southern Alabama indoors Invitational. Gadis was second with a time of 14: 57.34, and the old was eighth (15: 37.01). Stephen Matis is ranked 11th in Mila (4: 29.62).
Eli Cobble, Aiden Shaw and Cooper Gidens were part of the 400-meter dash, where Cobble finished fifth with 49.17 seconds. Show (49.64) was 12th and Gidens (51.26) set 23rd.
Shaw joined the Nokia Masengue in the 200-meter dash. Shaw covered the distance for 22.21 seconds for the 14th, while the time of Massenenga of 22.29 seconds put it in 19th place. Isaac Josia is ranked 11th in the 60-meter obstacles with a time of 8.67 seconds.
The Cobble, Shaw, Gidden and Masengu’s 4×400 relay team were third with a combined time of 3: 18.95.
Stephen Clark was the winner of running 800 meters. He finished the race at 1: 54.81. Owen Pierce (1: 57.24) was eighth and Parker Campbell (1: 58.16) set 12 -s.
In 3000 Xian Campbell was ranked fourth (8: 24.91) and Elijah Moran (8: 33.95) was ninth.
Carrington Tate recorded a 15.88 -meter mark to finish the ninth of the weight. Tate also ended the 17th in a 11.63 -meter throw. Carter Duncan joined Tate in the shot and placed in 20th place with a measurement of 10.76 meters.
Jacob Salters and Cameron Stein were Lee representatives in the long jump. The solters covered 6.08 meters to demand 19th place, and Stine was 21st with a 6.06 meter mark.
