Topeka’s husband arrested after disturbance from firearms in Montara – Wibw

Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – The Sheriffe Co -Co’s office took a man in Topeka after arrest after disturbance with a firearm on Monday afternoon, February 3, in the Montara neighborhood, which caused a search order.

The officers have been called into the 2000 block of the SW 66th St.

Sheriff’s service says the deputies investigating the incident found that an 18-year-old man was in the neighborhood to take a friend in a pickup while a 37-year-old homeowner thought the man was “messing up with his RV” and Then he fired a shot that hit the pickup.

The next day, the Criminal Investigations Department of the Sheriff and the Patrol Department held an order to search at the residence and opened numerous firearms, ammunition and illegal drugs they seized.

This prompted the MPs to book the 37 -year -old Duncan Lee of Topeka, in the Shawni Co. repair department for aggravated attack; Use of a deadly weapon, an aggravated battery and criminal damage to the property.

This incident remains under investigation.
