Topeka man accused of sexual crimes by children – Wibw

Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – The district prosecutor of the district of Shauni Mike Kagai has announced that he has raised criminal accusations against Joseph Gabriel Pitman for sexual abuse and attack by a minor woman.

The Sheriff’s Sheriff’s Sheriff’s Sheriff took a report from an adult on Pitman’s sexual crimes on January 17th. The next investigation has revealed several charges over several years. Pitman was arrested and remained in custody.

After being presented with the results of the investigation, the District Prosecutor’s Office of the Shawney County has charged Pitman in the following census:

  • Raping a child under 14 years of age;
  • Aggravated criminal sodomy per child under 14 years;
  • Aggravated obscene freedoms with a child under 14 years of age;
  • Sexual exploitation of a child under 14 years of age, promoting performance;
  • Sexual exploitation of a child under 18 years of age, visually depicting

The four best charges are excluded from the crimes of the network who carry a life sentence in a sentence. Count 5 is a crime of Level 5 in the judgment grate.

Kagai confirmed that Pitman remains in custody and he is kept on a $ 5,000,000 bond. His case was set for a planning conference on February 6 at 1:30 pm. The Sheriff of Shawney County is involved in the investigation.
