Laredo, Texas (KGNS) – a viral challenge including car thefts, causes Laredo police to detain four teenagers.
On Thursday, February 13, a LPD car thefts has charged four teenage boys after a series of attempts and successful cases of theft were reported last January.
The crimes were held in several homes in Central Larendo and included the cars of Kia, Hyundai’s and Honda, with models between 2016-2024 being specially targeted.
A total of two KIA and three Hyundai were stolen, investigating an additional attempt at stolen 11 vehicles.
According to one citizen Alexis Center, “it is honestly bad. I think they do it because the kids think they can get out of it. This is no joke. Over time, such things affect you. It’s so wrong. Just risk challenging Tiktok; It’s just not right. “
Police claim that the bigger part of the vehicles were unlocked and found that teenagers were involved in 16 cases, some of which are still in an investigation. Additional fees can be hanging.
