After removing Missouri’s tigers, LSU’s sixth ranked women’s basketball team returned to its home floor to host the 19th Tennessee volunteers. Kailin Gilbert took over the second half and was a major factor for LSU, as he beat Tennessee 82-77 to improve up to 25-1 and 10-1 in the SEC game.

How did it happen:

It took about three minutes to get into the rhythm of the LSU and Tennessee game. Flau’jae Johnson and Sa’myah Smith scored the first two minutes to give the “tigers” in the beginning of 4-0.
