By james art WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston-Salem police continued to investigate the fatal shooting of J’Meil Hairston on Monday.
From that investigation, police say the following suspects have been arrested and charged in this case:
Izayiah Anajj Nieves, 18, faces charges of:
- Felony assault with a deadly weapon causing serious injury
- Felony Discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle
- Conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony Attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle
- Resisting, delaying and obstructing a public servant
Davonte Omar Lewis, 18, faces the following charges:
- Conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony Attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle
- Resisting, delaying and obstructing a public servant
Rahzier Lamond Delapp, 19, is charged with:
- Conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony Attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon
- Felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle
- Resisting, delaying and obstructing a public servant
