Newsquest won’t reveal the details of which two celebrities made it to the bottom two, as those results haven’t been verified (and so as not to spoil tonight’s programme).
Halloween week on Strictly saw dancers take to the floor on Saturday (October 26) night performing spooky themed dance numbers.
From The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star Pete Wicks and his dance partner Jovita Przystal dressed as The Joker and Harley Quinn to EastEnders’ Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakas taking to the floor as Wednesday and Pugsley from The Addams, Saturday’s episode had it everyone.
Miranda actress Sarah Hadland (and partner Vito Coppola) and Borthwick jointly topped the Strictly Come Dancing charts for Halloween week, both scoring 38 points.
Love Island star Tasha Gouri (and her dance partner Aljaz Skoryanec) achieved the next best score of 37, while Olympians Montel Douglas and Johannes Radebe scored 35.
Strictly Come Dancing fans are “sobbing” after an “interesting” elimination ended
As the results show Strictly is filmed on the same night as the rest of the show, but airs a day later, it lets people in the crowd for the taping know who has been eliminated ahead of time.
As a result, the Halloween week results were leaked online late last night and those who found out were left “sobbing” despite agreeing it was the “correct result”.
One person commented: “I think this could be an interesting week in terms of results – it’s been pretty predictable so far but this might shake it up a bit.”
Another Strictly fan said: “I’m not surprised by the bottom two but you could replace them with any of the others and I wouldn’t be surprised by them either.
“Out of the two came the right man!”
While a third person added: “The correct result is banging in a corner and sobbing forever.”
