Delila Ruiz was a victim of a deadly shooting on Saturday shortly before 8:00 pm near Northwestern 189th Street and Northwestern 63th Avenue, according to Miami-Dad’s sheriff office.

Ruiz flew away at the Memorial Hospital in the West in a critical condition, but did not survive, authorities said.
