This is: The last hours of nominations for the best of 225, the original awards for the selection of a reader of the metropolitan region.
Go to 225Batonrouge.com/bestof225 to nominate all your favorite restaurants, bars, people and companies. The recording nominations are open from December 9, 2024 and will be completed this Friday, January 31, 2025.
Nominations are the first part of the awards process – and are probably the most important because they determine which people and businesses will be on the newsletter next year. They will be followed by a vote from February 25 to April 8.
The best of 225 marks the main stage in 2025: This will be the 20th edition of the annual play spotlight, which projects the most beloved local brands in the city. Best of 225 has grown every year in the last two decades, adding more categories and attracting new voters.
