Officials ask the public for help to identify a person who is interested in the murder of a therapist found, wrapped in a target on a Louisiana highway.
The Tangipahoa parish sheriff’s service reported that William Nicholas Abraham, 69, was found dead on a lane in the parish on the southeastern border of the state over the weekend.
Abraham’s body was found by a passerby on Sunday morning along the highway 51 between the unaccorporated Fluker community and the village of Tangipahoa – about 60 miles northeast of Baton Rouge, where the detectives said it was working.
Abraham’s body was found wrapped within a tarpaulin, and the local Corron cabinet found that he had died as a result of a trauma of dull force and ordered his death for murder, writes in a sheriff.

Nick Abraham’s vehicle is found, crashed by a driver who escaped
According to an update from the sheriff’s office, law enforcement agencies deployed the victim’s vehicle on Monday afternoon, but the driver of the vehicle deviated from stopping traffic.
At one point, the driver crashes the car and ran from the scene, employees said.
The identity of the person was not immediately known by employees, the law enforcement agencies reports.
The sheriff’s service provided photos to the driver captured by a store to watch the store, described as a thin, black man with short black hair, dressed in a black shirt with long sleeves and shorts.
Officials did not provide a description of the victim’s vehicle.
Who was William Nick Abraham?
According to his biography on his web page, Abraham was a trainer of life, a licensed professional advisor, a motivational speaker, an author and others.
“With more than 30 years of experience in the treatment of substance abuse, depression and anxiety, it provides psychotherapy, guidance and psycho-education for couples, individuals, adolescents and families,” the biography said.
Its office is based near the city neighborhood in Mid City South about 7 miles east of the center of Baton Rug.
“Dr. Nick Abraham was a light, a wonderful therapist who made this extra step and turned to his clients beyond meetings and really loved, caring and shared the light of God,” one of his friends posted on Facebook after his death. “I will miss and pray for his dear friends and family.”

Motive in the murder of Baton Rouge therapist is not immediately known
The motive for the murder was not provided by employees.
USA Today addressed the sheriff’s office, who directed further questions to the sheriff’s office in East Baton Rouge, which they believe is the leading agency on the case.
This office could not be reached immediately on Tuesday morning.
