The winter storm leaves thousands in Central Virginia without power: AEP – Wset

(Wset) – Some customers are in the dark because of a winter storm that hit Central Virginia.

At 9:13 pm, on Tuesday, Appalachian Power reports over 4,000 customers in Virginia without power.
