The Winston-Salem man faces numerous fatal strokes and running, police-yahoo say

Winston-Salem, NC (WGHP)-The man faces numerous accusations of driving from the scene shortly after he hit and kill a pedestrian, according to police in Winston-Salem.

According to a press release, on Friday from 9:13:13 pm, WSPD replied to a pedestrian accident at the intersection of New Walkertown Road and Waterworks Road.

An investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Kevin Lewis Johnson, 42-year-old by Winston-Salem, travels west of New Walkertown Road. Pedestrian, 41-year-old Hadim Mbaye of Winston-Salem, crossed the middle of the intersection of the New Walkertown Road and Waterworks when the Johnson vehicle struck Mbaye and escaped from the stage.

Mbaye was declared dead in place.

Johnson, who was not injured in the crash, was accused of driving while he was disturbed, driving while the testimony was taken away, a crime struck and a criminal death by a motor vehicle.

The bond was secured at $ 250,000. Johnson’s first appearance was set for February 10th. No reservation photo has been provided.
