The Vermont Commissioner for Health Dr. Mark Levine to retire – the roundabout of Waterbury

Levine owns a bachelor of biology from the University of Connecticut and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Rochester. He served at his residence in internal medicine at UVM and graduated from a scholarship from the University of North Carolina.
