After a time for Valentine’s Day Police Department in Trenton stole the hearts of people in PETA who send over a Police Department’s compassionate award And delicious vegan chocolates in recognition of the courage of officers in rescuing a struggling dog that fell through ice in a channel in Elizabeth Park on Monday and without them would certainly drown. The frames of the camera camera show CPL. Seth Bond and officer Michael Bedsun took off his equipment and some of his clothing and embarked on the frost water to save the dog. The dog reunited with a grateful guardian.

“This dog would almost certainly die in frigid water, if not for courage – and the impressive cold tolerance – at the Trenton police station,” says Fifth Ingrid Newkirk president. “PETA encourages everyone to follow their example by acting quickly when they see an animal in need.”
PETA – whose motto states in part that “animals are not ours to abuse in any way” – points out that every animal is someone and offers free compassion kits for people who need a kind of kindness lesson. For more information, please visit Peta.org or follow PETA of X., Facebookor InstagramS
