Salt Lake City-Stars of Salt Lake City (9-9), the official branch of NBA G League of Utah Jazz, beat Sioux Falls SkyForce (9-10), 123-104, Wednesday in The Delta in front of 3,000 students from elementary schools from the granite school.

All five beginners signed in double figures such as NBA veteran’s duo Isaiah Thomas and a two -way player jazz, Elijah Harcles, led the stars to Victory. Thomas filled the static sheet with a team of 36 points (9-from-21 FG), team seven assists, four fights, two thefts and a block. Harkless contributed by 30 points (10 on 22 FG), seven rebounds, five assists, two thefts and two blocks. Jazz two-way Oscar Tshiebwe Center ended with double-double, recording 12 points (6-of-10 FG) and 13 rebounds, breaking the one-season record of stars for common fights (484, Jerrelle Benimon, 2014) with A new total 485.

Sioux Falls opened the game, shooting 52.4% of the terrain (11 to 21) over 38.5% of Salt Lake City (10 to 26). The two-way jazz player Mika Potter scored four points to close the first frame by helping Salt Lake City reduce Skyforce’s advantage by six points and end a quarter down with just two points, 27-25.

The stars were heated in the second quarter, improving the percentage of their firing in the field and three -tone, with the latter jumping nearly 30% compared to the first quarter (14.3% to 45.5%). The Harkless Trion with six minutes in the half gave the stars the largest lead to a quarter, 47-38. Salt Lake City lingers to his advantage, entering the break with 56-52.

Salt Lake City and Siu Falls traded baskets eight times in the third, with no team taking a lead, more than five points. Thomas scored the last eight points of a quarter of threesomes at the back, inserting the stars into the final frame forward, 87-85.

The backward back continued in the fourth quarter before Salt Lake City burst for 18-0 run in the middle through the frame. A step back from Thomas limited the running by giving the stars the largest lead of the game, 114-94, with 2:49 remains in regulation. Salt Lake City asked for a win over Sioux Falls in the first match of their set at the rear, 123-104.

Skyforce were led by striker Nasir Little, who recorded 19 points (5 out of 7 FG), six rebounds, six assists, three thefts and a block.

The stars will face the Sioux Falls Skyforce again on Thursday, February 13, at 10:30 am MT in Delta Center. The game will be closed to the public, but will be broadcast live on ESPN+ and Jazz+.
