Although Reish was yes, and the reputation Brian Mulder of Ciou Falls turned to YES for a revision, reporter Roger Degrout of Brookings voted against the measure, forcing the vote of the relationship. DEGROOT said to Association of TV Operators in South Dakota After the bill failure that he voted for “no” in an accident.
“I voted wrong by mistake,” Degrot said afterwards. “I supported this thing.”
HB 1025 in its original form gave permission to the other funds to be transferred to the construction Fund for imprisonment and to start construction seriously in Lincoln County. The bill was amended after supporters realized that they did not have two -thirds votes to push it.
The governor’s service did not immediately respond to a request for a comment on the failure of the measure. More actions on the prison project may come before the end of the work day on Monday.
