The Mash Madness Contest in the center of Sioux Falls exceeds beer this year.

The ninth annual craft brewery competition begins on Saturday and adds two categories: craft cocktails and craft non -alcoholic beverages.

Four breweries compete in the craft beer category, 19 bars were signed to compete in craft cocktails, and eight restaurants, including cafes, were signed in the non -alcoholic category.

The competition takes place throughout the month. Like the battle for a burger in the city center, participants vote using the DTSF app. The categories include aroma, balance of taste and taste, creativity, complete drink experience and “Would you order this drink again?”

This year the competition is sponsored by a high -speed Fiber Internet Bluepeak provider.
